Set up filters to auto-forward subscription emails from Google Mail

Create rules in Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 to forward emails

Set up mail rules in iCloud Mail or Apple Mail app

Configure filters in Yahoo Mail to forward subscriptions

Set up Sieve filters in ProtonMail for secure forwarding

Filter by sender: Create rules for common subscription senders like Netflix, Spotify, Apple, Amazon, etc.
Filter by keywords: Look for emails containing "subscription", "renewal", "receipt", or "billing"
Keep originals: Set rules to forward AND keep a copy in your inbox
Test first: Forward one email manually to make sure SubPrivy receives it correctly
